Wet
Lease

Operate your aircraft commercially under a licensed AOC partner — fully compliant, revenue-generating, while you retain full ownership.

What is wet lease

Your aircraft.
Our operations.

In a wet lease arrangement, you provide the aircraft. An AOC holder provides the crew, maintenance oversight and insurance required for commercial air transport. Your aircraft generates revenue while remaining under your name — you decide when you fly, and when the aircraft works for you.

EASA Part-CAT requires an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) for commercial operations. Our AOC partner holds the certificate — your aircraft operates legally under their operating authority.

How it works

A seamless
partnership

  • Aircraft placed under an approved AOC partner's operating certificate
  • Crew, maintenance and insurance provided by the AOC holder
  • Owner retains full ownership and registration
  • Revenue-sharing model tailored to your utilisation profile
  • Full EASA compliance — commercial operations require an AOC
  • Monthly reporting on operations, revenue and aircraft status
Benefits

Why wet lease

Revenue generation
Your aircraft works when you don't fly. Offset fixed ownership costs — hangarage, insurance, maintenance — through charter revenue during idle periods.
Full compliance
Commercial air transport under EASA Part-CAT requires an AOC. Our partner holds the certificate; your aircraft operates legally and with full regulatory coverage.
Commercial-grade maintenance
Aircraft under wet lease are maintained to commercial standards — often exceeding private-use requirements. This protects your asset's long-term value and airworthiness.
Owner flexibility
Block out personal-use periods at any time. The aircraft is yours when you need it, commercially operated when you don't. Full control, zero compromise.
Who it's for

Ideal owner profiles

Profile 1
Owner-pilots with low utilisation
You fly 50–150 hours per year. The rest of the time, your aircraft sits in a hangar costing money. Wet lease turns idle time into income.
Profile 2
Investment-minded owners
You view your aircraft as an asset that should generate returns. A well-structured wet lease programme can significantly offset ownership costs.
Profile 3
Co-ownership groups
Multiple owners sharing an aircraft can benefit from wet lease revenue during periods when none of the co-owners require the aircraft.
